Organized for the benefit of the Children in Need of Protection (Koruncuk) Foundation of Turkey, the exhibition "Dizelerin Renkleri" ("Colors of Verses") presents the original manuscripts of 37 giants of Turkish poetry including Namık Kemal, Nâzım Hikmet, Sabahattin Ali, Rıfat Ilgaz, Bedri Rahmi Eyüboğlu, Özdemir Asaf, Orhan Veli, Cemal Süreya, Attilâ İlhan, Cahit Külebi, Rüştü Onur, and Fazıl Hüsnü Dağlarca, as well as the works of 37 well-known painters and sculptors including Zafer Gençaydın, Ali Kotan, Yusuf Taktak, Onay Akbaş, Devrim Erbil, Gören Bulut, Metin Yurdanur, İbrahim Örs, Hanefi Yeter, Habip Aydoğdu, and Filinta Önal. The exhibition is on until December 10, 2017, at the Folkart Gallery, and will then meet art lovers in Ankara and Istanbul. The exhibited works will be sold at an auction to be organized by Koruncuk Foundation in the coming months, with the proceeds to be used to meet the needs of the Urla Children's Village, also known as Koruncukköy.
